Resplendent

And by "studying," I mean:"changing clothes to take some pictures by the pear trees in bloom at the park."
 
This post could have had another title - something like "Well THAT Didn't Turn Out Like I Expected."

It could be a series, in fact, and this could be post #1.

This adorable red skirt is actually a dress with an empire waist and a tie in the back, that falls to mid-thigh (or would, if I could zip it up in the back while wearing it as such.)

But the oversized red eyelet detail is just too wonderful.  So I wear it as a skirt with the bit that's above the empire waist tucked in; the empire waist fits my natural waist, and voila!  - the length is now classier as well.
