Wore It To Work: Fall Edition

I bought this dress on final clearance from New York & Co. last winter, and now that fall has come around again, it's ready to shine!  I'm in love with the print.  The sleeves are weird, but...

...I knew that from reviews before buying, and it's probably the reason this dress survived to be on super-clearance.  (They are too tight for sleeves that go past the elbow in a fabric with no stretch.)
