Favorite Girl Munchkin's outfit is actually a pair that also comes with a matching outfit for her 18" doll - this type of "Dolly & Me" outfit is so expensive, even on discount sites like zulily, but I got three different sets (including the red one in this post) for $14.99 each with free shipping from Costco. Her poinsettia headgear I got on clearance at Claire's last winter.
